What Google says about THIS tour:
The 20/20 Community tour stands out as a unique and exceptional value. It offers the key benefits of a professionally guided tour—expert route planning, and support—at a fraction of the cost. The focus on fellowship and chalet accommodation provides a unique and memorable experience.
Here's why the ride is a key component:
Emphasis on "Destination Highways": The itinerary frequently references the "Destination Highways" rating system and specifically calls out sections of the journey that are highly rated for riders. This indicates that the route was chosen for the quality of the roads themselves.
Focus on variety and scenery: The description highlights the diverse riding conditions, from "tight curves, big climbs, wide-open panoramic views" to "mountain passes to ocean, river or lakeside turns". This demonstrates that the ride is an experience in and of itself, not just a way to get from one place to another.
Balancing ride time with social time: The itinerary shows a clear rhythm that alternates between full riding days and days with riding options or free time. For example, the schedule includes a rest day in Sun Peaks and riding options in Kimberley and Okanagan, providing a balance between riding and relaxing.
Designed for motorcyclists: The detailed planning of distances, riding times, and specific points of interest indicates that the tour was crafted by and for riders who appreciate a well-designed route.
